Welcome to our Rockaway Beach vacation home! We've worked hard to make this house a great place to relax and enjoy life on the Oregon Coast. Make it your base camp for excursions to nearby activities-- hiking Neahkhanie Mountain or Tillamook National Forest; exploring tide pools at Indian Beach in Ecola State Park in Cannon Beach; surfing at Short Sands at Oswald State Park and Nedonna Beaches; fishing and crabbing; antique hunting in Wheeler and Nehalem; riding the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad; day tripping to the Oregon Aquarium in Newport or the Maritime Museum and Fort George Brewery in Astoria. Or stick around and enjoy the day in Rockaway Beach. Short walking distance to main street with Captain Jack's Arcade, two ice cream and candy parlors, antique and vintage shops, casual restaurants and taverns. With board games, kites, toys and legos, Playstation2, movies and (of course) the ocean, everyone will find something fun. Kick back, make yourself at home and enjoy the beach.
Rental Info
- $95 a night June 1 through September 15 (high season); $75 a night September 18 through May 31; full payment due at booking
- Contact owner by email to rent or call 971-279-9993 and leave message; inquiries welcome
- Check, credit and Paypal accepted
- $75 cleaning fee in addition to rental fee to be paid at booking
- $100 refundable security deposit due at booking; Refunded in full within 3 days after your stay ends
- Rental agreement must be completed prior to occupancy, provides detailed regarding rental and cancellation policy, refunds, charges for damage, etc.
- Non smoking home
- Must be at least 25 years of age to sign rental agreement
- Maximum number of occupants = 8 adults and children over age 2 (babies not included in total)
- Minimum 2 night stay unless OK'd by owner
- Sheets, pillows, towels, beach towels, beach blankets, paper products provided
- Charcoal grill provided
- No hot tub (yet)
- Dogs and cats OK, must bring pet supplies and clean up after them
